I changed my no response review because I had a very satisfying phone call from the owner Tim and I was grateful, so thank you Tim. The previous guy resolve the initial problem and the price was reasonable and I thought he was very amiable but!!! Thanks to Tim we are on a better track and I will use them again.
No follow up, repair didn’t work. Kevin came by for service on my mini. He was really nice and communication was smooth. I paid him but before he left he said to call and make an appointment so he could return to add something else to the system. I followed his instructions and called every day for about a week, before I got tired of getting the run around.
