T&K is the best there is. We wouldn’t work with anyone else. This is a family business that truly cares about the families they service.
Although their prices were relatively cheap, the service was incredibly frustrating. I was told nearly every day that someone was coming, only for them to no-show about 80% of the time. Communication was spotty at best — full of excuses or just complete silence. What should’ve been a quick job dragged out over 1–2, maybe even 3 months. They frequently arrived without the right tools or parts, promised to come back later that day, and then never did. They also forgot things multiple times, adding more delays. Tim was great, was able to troubleshoot, give lots of advice and how next steps. Most importantly he responded so quickly and was at the house in an hour. Also, gave great advice about an upcoming trip to Aruba!
