I love this place. Moving from another state, it usually takes a little while to find a go-to place for computer repairs. I'm fortunate to have found them right away. Repairs are quick and very reasonably priced. They're always friendly and take the time to thoroughly explain what's happening.
I couldn't be happier with my experience at TK Iowa. I went to get a quote for my touch screen HP, computer screen as I cracked it and have been having issues with the crack causing the computer to think I am clicking buttons I am not. I went to them after getting a 300-600 dollar quote that would take 3-4 weeks from Best Buy. I brought it in someone helped me right away quoting me for far cheaper and giving me the option to turn of the touch screen feature for free. I walked away with a working computer within 5 minutes!
I could not be happier with my purchase of a new computer from TK Iowa. They truly went beyond my expectations. I had specific needs and I had a budget and I got a great custom built computer. I would definitly reccomend TK Iowa.
Fantastic service. I brought in a desktop to see if they could install some replacement hardware. They performed the service beyond my expectations, did so quickly, and at a reasonable cost. I'm glad to know they're here when I need them in the future. Definitely recommend.
Excellent place! They fix my kids stuff and they've saved my laptop twice. Hasn't been anything I've brought in they haven't been able to fix! They're always super nice, too :) couldn't recommend more
