Will absolutely use TK Iowa again (of course, I hope I won't have to!) My laptop keyboard went out and they were very easy to worth with, transparent about pricing, and the repairs themselves were done in a matter of hours once the parts arrived.
Brought in a laptop for repair that was having tons of issues and the team here was able to get it back up and running despite me thinking it would never work again! I later bought a desktop and they helped me transfer all my files over very quickly. Matt was the main person I talked to, he was very friendly and gave me frequent updates on the issues my laptop had. I'll definitely come back again in the future for any tech issues I have.
Nick provided exceptionally fast and professional services. They will get any and all future tech services from me.
