TK Iowa has helped me with a lot of laptop problems. They were communicative, informative, and upfront about costs and expectations. They were also just really nice! Planning to go back if I ever need any other tech support.

Today I dropped by TK Iowa for the first time because I needed a random tiny 4 mm standoff for a new SSD on my PC and I didn't wanna wait 2 days for amazon to arrive just to take it all apart again and install it. The guy who helped me was the goat, he took one look and went to find it, found it within 5 minutes or less and screwed it in for me free of charge. Will definitely visit there again for future PC problems! S- tier service!
I called a couple days before asking if I could get some Micro soldering done on my ps5 motherboard, and the guy I talked to was really cool and got it done really quick and was also very reasonable with the pricing. Definitely a good place if you have any tech problems.
