We highly recommend Mary as a realtor. We were under duress to sell our home quickly and for the best price. Mary delivered both. She was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that we had in the process. She always answered our questions quickly and professionally. She is a very kind person that genuinely wants to help her clients have a good experience in selling their homes.
We used Mary Smith to sell our house in Arvada. We had tried to sell it back in 2022 for three months and received no offers before choosing to rent it out. Fast forward to spring 2025, our renters were out April 30 and we spent 2 weeks making the updates Mary expertly guided us to. We listed it May 14th. Mary had an open house May 17th, we were under contract from the open house May 18th and closed on June 11th at a great price. Excellent communicator, incredibly knowledgeable and skilled negotiator.
