It is a nightmare, took a month to fix Taiga 3 lifts one by one. Keep saying need to get belt from overseas, which doesn’t make any sense. Why ship the belt one by one? Why no stock in warehouses at all?!
Really unsafe driving, cutting people off and speeding by driver of Exn30x on 18/06 around 4:30pm-5:00pm. Shame to see such dangerous driving practices being reflective of this company.
Terrible company. The lift has been out of order for 5 weeks , I’m unable to speak with any team leaders if they even exist . We had to cancel important medical appointments tenant has been stranded at for 5 weeks . Contacted local MP fingers crossed they will contact this disgusting company next will be Ombudsman.
