The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Unreliable, unresponsive, and if they come after 2 PM on a weekday its $1100 an hour. We had our only elevator closed for 3 weeks making wheelchair and senior citizens unable to access our building.
This company makes Comcast and Ticketmaster looks like saints. The contact is misleading and dubious, do not sign it... We are on a three year contact and if you don't opt out in time (one month out of three years) it automatically renews. They have not sent out a technician in over a year but does not "specifically" say that a technician will come out, so we can not withhold payment if no one shows up. Poor communication, ineffective support staff, excessive maintenance problems. Will be switching service contracts.
