This is probably the worst elevator company ever.. they can’t keep on schedule and they never show up on time.
I submitted a service request on May 4th, and it is now May 8th with still no resolution. Nobody has shown up, despite multiple calls requesting updates. Each time I call, I’m told someone will be out ASAP, but no one ever arrives. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was simply told to hang up and call the same number I had just called, which felt very dismissive and unhelpful.
