Got flooring about 3 yrs ago that had 10 years warranty. They began to buckle in several places. I contacted Mr Stewart March 2019 and it’s still unresolved because he purchased the floor from a company that’s no longer in business and he refuses to make it right. I’ve called him several times each month since March. I feel like giving up but I paid over 3K.
used my kids sink as a mop bucket..hid a cup under the boys sink bcuz installed incorrectly..forgot to reinstall smoke detectors..wood flooring going in different directions in each room...
Not recommended. Contracted with to perform a simple structural repair. As confirmed by the County, the repair did not meet Virginia Residential Code. T&K also failed to pull any of the required permits, or confirm the required permits were pulled before beginning the work. The owner chose to default on the contract, instead of pulling the required permits, bringing their work up to code, and having it inspected by the County.
