Coach Troy and his staff worked with my 14 year old son during the summer. He has seen real results from their detailed workouts. He is bigger faster and stronger. Will definitely be his spot for off season training and conditioning.
My 16 year old son has been seeing Troy all summer. We are continuing to train each week. My son loves Troy, relates to him and respects him. My son’s speed and height have improved. His leg muscles have increased dramatically and the weight he lifts has improved beyond imagination. I wish I had the stats to give you, but my son knows them. If you are looking for a place for your child, please drop in and meet Troy and try a class.
My daughter loves working out with Coach Troy at TJW Performance. He is extremely knowledgeable and motivational. He helped my daughter achieve goals in a few short weeks that she had been working on for months. He also helped with her confidence and pushed her to be her best! If you are looking for a safe place to help your child grow physically and mentally, this is the place!
