If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve been using this storage for 3 years and when I recently went back to my storage all of my stuff was GONE and yes I had a lock on it, and not just any lock a actually storage lock and those are hard to break. He won’t answer the phone and I’ve called him several times. My parents have called and left voicemails as well. Not a place to conduct business at all, they do not have business phones and conduct business using their cell phones. They don't answer any phone calls, I was scheduled to move my things into a unit and on the day of, nobody was there or around to help me. They refused to answer their phone and still charged my card as if I moved my things in. Very unprofessional, do not leave your things here there are much better options out there.

Unprofessional, unorganized, and very inconsiderate. They do not have a business phone and don't bother to answer their cell phones. The WORST company to deal with.

they never answer the phone and when i went back to get something out my lock was broken and my sound system was gone
