I was referred to TJ’s RV Service by Tiffin Motorhomes to help solve a leak problem with my Aquahot heating system. I was in the middle of a road trip and called them and said I could be there within a few hours and they said to bring it on in and they would work the problem. I had my RV in recently and was extremely happy! They were quick to get me in, kept promises on timing, made me feel like I was their only customer, went above what was required trying to help diagnose a problem. Luke was ALWAYS quick to answer the phone and ALWAYS friendly and great with communicating about my repairs. They got the repairs done quickly and had my RV conveniently located for pick up and Luke even helped me hook up, since I was in a hurry to get to another appointment. Took my camper in for warranty work. We had a specific date set to get the camper back because we were headed to the beach for a few days. We got the camper back in time took off to the beach and everything worked! Thanks for getting the work done in time so we could go on our vacation!!
Great experience with the guys here. Was on a month long road trip and started having slide problems. Called around to shops in the area and no one could get me in in a timely manner. Not only did they get me in quickly, but the work was great and prices were fair. Thanks Luke, Robert and everyone else at TJs!
