Great experience with the guys here. Was on a month long road trip and started having slide problems. Called around to shops in the area and no one could get me in in a timely manner. I have been coming to TJs for more than a year, I never experienced a negative problem with the staff and management makes sure you understand what the problem is and what your options are. They let you know what it's going to cost and they have no problem educating you about how things operate, I came to them after having a horrific problem with BCRV.
