I feel compelled to share my experience. I have owned my vehicle for 4 years, and have used TJ's at the Clute location for 95% of my regular maintenance--oil changes, diff fluid, and state inspections. At some point, I became a bit uncomfortable with their add-on sales methods--2 of my state inspections came back that I needed a new gas cap, etc. Recently, I began having engine trouble. My dealer service department took off the oil pan (the oil pump went out); they found thick sludge in the engine-- a lot of it. My warranty ... read more
This place always gets my family taken care of quickly- from oil changes to wiper blades to state inspections. They're super efficient & professional.
The fellas here were great. Smiles. Working hard. But there were two older guys around 3:30p. Not sure what got in their Wheaties or dropped in their kool aid. But they should have thought about calling in sick.
