We discovered a gas leak at 4:30 pm today (Friday!) and needed to get it fixed quickly in order to restore heat to our home ahead of a very cold weekend. TJ's responded immediately and sent Josh over right away to help us sort this out. He was professional and kind and took care of the problem quickly. I suspect his work day has just ended when he received the call for our project, so I’m especially grateful that he was willing to put in the extra time this evening to help us out before starting his weekend.
I read all of the information and did my research before our family chose to use James and his crew at TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning. When I contacted him about doing our service, I told him that I read his reviews. He gave me a price and time frame that he would be at our home. We also discussed the cost of the service. TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning does an outstanding job. Although they may not be the most affordable HVAC company, they provide unquestionably the highest level of service. Their techs are friendly and knowledgeable. They always find the cause of any problem and go above and beyond to make sure that every service and repair is done right.
We have been working with TJ's for many years for our own house and rental properties. They are very good reliable people doing quality work. Communication is easy and they are usually on time. Their technicians are highly qualified and responsible. The supervisor is absolutely the best
