I dont usually write reviews but Great Service shouldnt go unrecognized, its an unpretentious shop and Easily the best Auto repair experience Ive had in recent memory. They quickly and accurately diagnosed my 2003 Dodge Durangos drive train issue that a local Dodge dealer could not figure out! I have four cars so I am at this shop frequently. The owner of this shop is a special person. He is honest about work that needs to be done (or doesn't), and he stands by his service. That's not something that can be said of many mechanics.
Excellent service
My wife had a problem in Graylyn Crest. Terrible noise when in gear and van rolling backwards if brake not applied. She called me and I was 90 minutes away. My son came to help and when my wife was going to call a tow. He looked across the street and saw TJs auto repair. My wife called they saw her across the street. They had a bunch of guys push the car to their shop. Put it on a lift, troubleshot it and fixed it in less than 2 hours. What I figured would be a huge expense their bill was much less. This place is fantastic! I went in there for an oil change and new tires and the guys there got it done so quickly. I know nothing about cars so people usually tell me I need a bunch of things done that I don't need to. TJ's is nothing like that. Their prices are amazing as well. And it's nice to see the owner comes to see if everything was ok. All in all, I recommend this place to everyone. Great service, incredible prices, and really nice people.
I was very pleasantly surprised by their service. Although outside their shop doesn't look anything special, I didn't leave it with the usual feeling that I had been ripped off. I stopped there just to get my A/C filled up with Freon,and they did it very fast. Also they showed me a serious problem which was fixed on the next day for the price they told me - no additional charges.
