I drove 2.5 hours to get a part from TJ's. I had no prior appointment and hadn't yet talked to anyone, so I was taking a bit of a risk. I arrived to find a nice facility and located the parts building. I was joyfully greeted by 2 or 3 people within the first 3 minutes I was there. It was a Monday morning, and surprisingly everyone was in great spirits. :) They had my part (car door) and it was as described. I then asked if it would be possible for them to take the old one off and replace with the part I was buying from them.... read more
