I asked how long a part would take to get fitted. The guy at the counter replied mockingly ‘how long is a piece of string’ like I’m an idiot for even asking such an out of this world, ridiculous, crazy question. Here is free advice: just take a guess or politely say you’re not sure. The guy was just a miserable human being. Don’t go here.
Duane is super helpful and if he doesn’t know the answer, he is prepared to do loads of research to find out. He went above and beyond when we were traversing the hugely complex world of GVM/GCM/BTC upgrades and compliance rules associated with the various government departments involved. After some changes I had in heart they dealt with me accordingly and could rectify my issues easily. Dwayne and the boys really helped me out
Damo was very helpful, good service, good product and good price.
I have used automotive services for many decades but this was probably the worst one. I have absolutely not one even remotely positive thing to say about the way the product was fitted. The staff had a very rudimentary understanding of customer service and the product and they had no understanding or interest whatsoever to see to a complaint.
