I engaged TJM Builders QLD Pty Ltd in November 2024 to repair a leak at the patio window corner of my home. During the site inspection, the contractor diagnosed that water was entering via the apron flashing and advised that sealing this area would resolve the issue. I proceeded based on this advice.
