In 2012, I left my townhouse in the hands of TJC management for what was supposed to be two years. As it turned out, I took a tech job and spent 15 years working in California. The TJC management team, now under the direction of Mike Ripes, took excellent care of my townhouse for the duration, always keeping me in the loop through email. It has been meticulously cared for and always rented. After returning to Colorado, I am delighted and relieved to extend my contract with TJC management. Highly recommend.
