Reviewed previously as five stars, but wanted to come back and year later and say they are still THE best management companies I've experienced renting from. They're extremely attentive when issues come up and quick to get things replaced or fixed. Highly recommend renting from them.
Given that I hear horror stories about leasing companies screwing over residence, I figured I would give a shoutout to my leasing agency TJC because everytime I’ve had an issue they always resolve it. Plus we had a a few pest issues and they instantly sent out the best pest control company to resolve. Feels unheard of, so glad to be working with them!
This company will hold your deposit hostage unless you sign a legal document stating you will not leave a negative review. They have held deposits for over 30 days and it will lead to a class action lawsuit. Do not trust companies that do shady business like this.
