Kacy has been amazing to work. Just sold a property and throughout the entire process, she truly had my best intentions in mind. She is a great communicator and negotiator. I have zero interest and ever working with anyone else. Kacy and TJC will always have my business. Thanks Kacy!
I am so happy to be renting from TJC Real Estate and Management Services! Prior to my move in, they took the time to update my apartment, including adding new carpet. The building is well cared for and I have meet some great neighbors. The manager and team are prompt and responsive when I need something. They are open to suggestions to community improvements I have had (like adding recycling and compost for our unit). I highly recommend renting from TJC Real Estate!
I’ve never experienced such a professional property management company like TJC before; we always felt taken care of, communicated with in a timely manner and when it was time to move- the process was seamless! If we ever move back to Denver, it’ll be the only company we use!
Dina is a GREAT addition to the TJC Team. She is diligent, stays on top of the situation, responsive and gets things done. Dina is a HUGE asset to TJC and their rental community.
Reviewed previously as five stars, but wanted to come back and year later and say they are still THE best management companies I've experienced renting from. They're extremely attentive when issues come up and quick to get things replaced or fixed. Highly recommend renting from them.
