The manager canceled a tour LESS THAN 2 HOURS before it started because they accepted another application. Never made a mention of other applicants or relayed this was a possibility. I shifted MY schedule to take the tour because their schedule doesn’t show on weekends. Who doesn’t show on weekends then cancels two hours before?
I highly recommend TJB Management. Tom and his team have successfully managed my rental property in Alexandria, VA for over a year and a half. They are reliable and responsive and easy to work with. The online portal is user-friendly and overall customer service has been excellent.
