All of the initial signs were very good, polite, professional and knowledgeable but that is where it started and ended for us very quickly. We are still unravelling the poor workmanship as we work our way through a house refurbishment 2 years on. The boiler that was installed does appear to be done well albeit we feel it is too close to the bedroom wall to the point where we can hear the boiler powering up and discharging the condensate during the night.
