This company is irresponsible and acting like a fraud. They charged us total of $1390.00 for diagnosing and changing a sewage pump that costs only $172.00 and took 30 minutes for diagnosis and one hour of work to change the pump. Moreover, they did not complete the job. They left the pipes unsealed and we can smell sewage in the room. I reported to the secretary of the company, but despite my several attempts, they never responded my phone again.
Professional, efficient. Always diagnoses problem immediately and repairs perfectly. Terry and Rose a pleasure to deal with. As a retired home builder I have had extensive experience with plumbing contractors and T&J are far the best that I have ever dealt with.
