My family and I have done all we can to be sure our care is taken elsewhere. The care received at this facility is subpar to say the least. Rude staff. And they do all they can to money you to death. Even when care wasn’t received. I would suggest going to the next town over if you need care.
Just a worthless hospital ever. The incompetence there is just ridiculous. I hate for anyone to have to be treated there. I would rate a zero if that was an option. DO NOT RECOMMEND going there, ever...
Had lower back surgery. Nurses were superb. Dr. Hockensmith is an excellent surgeon!
Worst experience ever at the ER!!! I took my dad down there, he was in severe excruciating stomach pain. After entering and registering in the ER, we literally sat there for 5 long hours, and never got seen. I went and asked multiple times when he could be seen by someone. They continue to tell me that they could not give me any information on when a Dr or nurse would come check on him.
