***CUSTOMER BEWARE*** TJ USES CONTRACTORS CALLED TEAMHEALTH AND CHARGE EXTRA A SEPARATE CO-PAY*** I live in Glasgow and have been to the TJ Pavilion Urgent Care many times and every time was only billed my urgent care co-pay rate. This last visit, I was billed by TJ Urgent clinic like normal but then later, I was bill another co-pay by TeamHealth. TeamHealth is a medical contract company that TJ uses. I'm seeing a doctor hear. I am doing somewhat better but I wish the Doctor And Nurse would not talk bad about their patients when I can hear them talking from my room And they need to listen more. I have had an ear ache for a while now and she haven't even looked in my ears. I'm disappointed how doctors and nurses are now. I'm questioning why I even go to doctors. They don't care
When I moved back home I needed to find a Dr who had bedside manner friendly who could handle my anxiety ridden self and was to the point and thorough . Paula West has been just that! Recently went through a huge health scare and she was there day/night to help in anyway she could! Always willing to answer any questions or concerns and took time out of her personal life to check in on me and just get me through! All is now well and she still checks in.
