Ordered through the waitr app for father's day. Had the absolute WORST experience from the restaurant and Waitr. placed my order at 11am that morning. 3 hours later and wasting an hour of the drivers time the food was never made . Even tho kitchen staff kept telling her it would be 30 mins . Waitr staff took it on themselves to cancel the order and refund me with out communication of doing so. I eat lunch, normally, about once a week at the Seigen location!! The wait staff is terrific as is the food! Large variety so I can get something different each week! They have the best side salad! Not just lettuce like some restaurants try to pass off as a “salad”.

I am crazy about ribs, and I have never found ribs so delicious anywhere else. My husband and I enjoy the food and the atmosphere so much that we drive from Shreveport,have a great meal, then turn around and head home.
