I’ve been coming to this nail salon regularly with my husband, but this last experience was very disappointing. Two days ago, one of my nails was done incorrectly. I asked for it to be made slightly longer because it was too short, but it ended up looking very unnatural and obviously fake. I went back today to have it fixed. Absolutely horrible experience here. I went for a manicure/pedicure before a vacation. I paid almost $150 for the service and it the quality of the application is by far the worst I've ever experienced, including a large chunk of skin being cut off my thumb by the tech. I rarely call to complain on things, but after showing several friends pics, I called the salon. I was leaving that day for vacation, they said to come back for a fix on my return.
