Came here to get an acrylic french tip. The lady doing my nails shaped my nails for at least 45 mins then told me to sit in another chair and wait. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes while my original lady took on another client who was complaining that she didn’t have all day. Nobody ended coming to finish my nails until I said something to my sister about it. I’ve been coming to this nail salon regularly with my husband, but this last experience was very disappointing. Two days ago, one of my nails was done incorrectly. I asked for it to be made slightly longer because it was too short, but it ended up looking very unnatural and obviously fake. I went back today to have it fixed. Absolutely horrible experience here. I went for a manicure/pedicure before a vacation. I paid almost $150 for the service and it the quality of the application is by far the worst I've ever experienced, including a large chunk of skin being cut off my thumb by the tech. I rarely call to complain on things, but after showing several friends pics, I called the salon. I was leaving that day for vacation, they said to come back for a fix on my return.
