I am incredibly upset about my experience here. I came in wanting a new set as my old acrylics were beginning to lift quite badly. The nail technician expressed how she could do a fill but I explained how I don’t want my nails to break due to the lifting. She then proceeded to tell me that she will “remove them by hand” as it is faster than soaking them off. I love going to TJ Nails! They almost always have availability and you know exactly what you’ll get— friendly nail techs, amazing feet massages, and attention to detail when it comes to nail shapes. The woman I had yesterday went above and beyond to make sure my almond shape was perfect.
Not happy in The slightest. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I went there. It was a total waste of my money. Very expensive, not relaxing whatsoever. The polish was terrible. It wasn’t done right at all. It looked very tacky and three times the lady was rushing so she clipped me too close - very painful!!!!. I felt like I was bleeding. The worst ever experience , they just cut nail and do some scrubbing and alot of unknown cream and oil !!! They don’t remove dead skin or remove calluses or cut the cuticles or dry skin around the edges !!! I returned home after 3 hours of doing pedicures , and my feet as never been in cleaning place ! All the dead dry skin are still there !!! Although i paid double the price to get extra deluxe pedi-meni !
