Me and my friend both went for a pedicure today and I was not satisfied with my service. My friend had kim do her toes and she did an amazing job for my friend, gave her a great massage and did her toes really nicely and was so sweet, the reason for the one star was the girl doing my toes, she didn’t have a name tag but the cloth below my feet was already dirty before by pedicure began, during the appointment there was a bug on my shoulder, the girl doing my toes lazily massaged me while watching the tv and it was more like ... read more
I had a wonderful experience at TJ Nail & Spa! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The salon was clean, comfortable. I’m very happy with the service and attention to detail. I highly recommend TJ Nail & Spa and will definitely be coming back!
I went to TJ Nail & Spa in Crowfoot on a Saturday because my usual salon Venus in Ranchlands was fully booked and I only needed to have my gel removed. Unfortunately, the experience at TJ nail salon was disappointing. I was left waiting, and during the removal, the service was quite rough. I asked several times for them to be more gentle, but I didn’t feel that my concerns were being listened to. Kim did a super rushed job. This has to be the worst pedicure of my life. Too bad they're now losing a client of 10+ years
Came here to get an acrylic french tip. The lady doing my nails shaped my nails for at least 45 mins then told me to sit in another chair and wait. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes while my original lady took on another client who was complaining that she didn’t have all day. Nobody ended coming to finish my nails until I said something to my sister about it.
