This was my first time in a TJ Maxx! I'm a big girl i wasn't expecting to find any pants in my size (3x) but I did!!
I usually like this place but I had a bad experience today. I waited in line for 20+ minutes to make 1 return. When I got to the counter to return the item, the lady working there was incredibly rude. She kept asking every detail of why I was returning it, and when I explained that it was leaking, she said “Well, you can’t return beauty products once they’ve been used” and before I could even explain, that I haven’t used it, the product was leaking so I didn’t get a chance to use it, she just kept saying I can’t return beaut... read more
