Called for dirt and their quote was not only reasonable but delivery was within an hour or so! Can't be beat. Such professional services.
Edit: Troy reached out a few hours after my review to say the estimate went out when it should have. Unfortunately I didn't have anything from him. He was courteous and prompt. Shortly after that, I received the estimate right to my inbox. Since he was very concerned with rectifying the situation, I've changed my rating. I wish it was possible to see whatever it was that was convincing him that the estimate went out in the spring, but it is what it is. We had T&J Lawn Care and Snow Removal out today to do a large garden cleanup (trimming bushes, cutting out quite a few evergreens, stump and yard waste removal). Troy was very responsive via email to get things set up, and both he and Kevin did a fantastic job in a very timely and professional manner! We are super pleased with the results and look forward to continuing to utilize their services for our landscaping and yard renovations in the future!
From the outset the service was excellent. Quick replies , no unnecessary delays. Good assessment and properly communicated plans. The cost was reasonable. The final outcome of the work done was simply excellent. The team did an amazing job. Troy is willing to go the extra mile and give the finishing touches to the job. Keep up the good work.
We are super happy with our new interlock driveway and walkway. The level of service provided by Troy and his team is very high. Communication was excellent, all the tradespeople were skilled and hard working, and the job was done on time and with a reasonable cost.
