We purchased a townhome from TJ Larsen of My Townhome in Charlotte, NC in December of 2019. We have had drainage and landscaping issues since we moved in. TJ, his builder (CapRock), and landscaper keep pointing fingers at each other, but TJ made the final call in landscape design. Did not own up to deliver the quality of homes which he promised. 8 houses out of 15 had leaks. Brand new houses. Mine leaked twice. If he used his judgment, and chose Caprock to construct the process, and had any opportunity to select sub contractors, he did so with 0 due diligence and 0 good faith. Ask anyone at Cityscape, they’ll say exactly what I just did.
TJ was amazing and took the time to find the right home for us, we are extremely happy and excited with our new home and will definitely recommend TJ if your looking into buying a home.
