Professional and... Funny. Jerry measured our forced air equipment, both zones, and suggested larger condensers and updated compressors. He was polite and gave us a feeling of confidence in our choice making. We like his price and compares very favorably with others we interviewed, Our work is scheduled for spring and we look forward to his commitment to complete the work in 2 man hour days. Educational and professional.
Jerry and Tom came out here very quickly a And sized up my furnace needs based on my house size. Both were personable and didn't try to up-sell me to a bigger system. Tom, who installed the system was honest and explained what I needed and what I didn't need. Their prices were excellent for a brand new furnace that would have cost more with another company for the same item. I would recommend them.
They installed the unit very quickly and were very nice. When they finished and left... I found I had to finish filling in the holes to the outside walls they mad for the venting. I found that they had cross wired my humidifier with the thermostat... so I could not shut the heater down, it went up to 98 degrees and they were of little help on the phone...
