If I could give a zero rating I would. The financial department is a joke. They are extremely rude. I had expressed a billing issue with one lady in the financial department and she replied with “and what do you want me to do about it?” Not only are they rude but they withhold information with you during appointments so that you continue seeing someone there and then when your appointments are over, then they stick you with a bill for all appointments at once. This place is a joke from the doctors to the nurse to the rude lady in records. I wouldn't use any of this obgyn they are lacking in protocol and modern practices. Take the extra drive to med center in Bowling Green

Their finance department is all messed up, I’ve paid a bill and then they send the same exact bill I paid saying it’s past due or something else. When you call them there is a 50/50 chance they’ll pick up. And when they do pick up they can’t even fix the problem they expect you to fix it, the old ladies need to be fired and give this job to someone more competent and knows how to be organized and consistent with everything, not trying to over charge you or ask you to keep paying a bill that’s already paid.
