This place is a joke from the doctors to the nurse to the rude lady in records. I wouldn't use any of this obgyn they are lacking in protocol and modern practices. Take the extra drive to med center in Bowling Green
Their finance department is all messed up, I’ve paid a bill and then they send the same exact bill I paid saying it’s past due or something else. When you call them there is a 50/50 chance they’ll pick up. And when they do pick up they can’t even fix the problem they expect you to fix it, the old ladies need to be fired and give this job to someone more competent and knows how to be organized and consistent with everything, not trying to over charge you or ask you to keep paying a bill that’s already paid. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. I see a different doctor for here specially located inside of this place
