I have been going there for several years. While under the care of Paula West APRN I have seen my life change. She listens well and was able to determine my diagnosis after years of issues and no diagnosis that hurt my quality of life and then Paulq got me on the correct medication that has made my life better and now I am healthy. I normally don’t post reviews, but Paula West is not helpful at all and unprofessional. She is incredibly dismissive when a patient brings forth worries and information that she does not agree with or does not want to discuss/investigate. This is unfortunate and very hurtful when a patient is in need of treatment and asking for help such as necessary medical referrals. Also, the accuracy of medical records under her care are poor. This is frustrating. If I could give her a rating lower than one star, I would.
Took my wife over with chest congestion and a headache that's been going on for over two months. Chest congestion for over a month. The APRN, "Paula West" who seen her had little respect for her concern and wanted to start her on a new medicine for what she called a migraine if she could get it approved. My wife has bad reactions to certain meds and she has lupus which also has her in a bad lung situation.
