To say the ball was dropped would be an understatement. There were repeated chances to correct the issue, yet nothing was handled in a timely or responsible manner. Communication was inconsistent, important details were overlooked, and I was left to deal with the consequences of someone else’s lack of follow-through. It felt disorganized and dismissive. I expected far better.

When it comes to my grandchild, there is no room for negligence. It’s heartbreaking and frustrating to see such a lack of responsibility in a situation that directly affects a child. This could have been prevented with proper communication and follow-through. Our children deserve better, period. If you care about your children please take them elsewhere they are polite in person but absolutely can not handle the simplest of tasks.

I’ve had many doctors over the years. None ever came close to the capacity for true compassion as does Monika Varney. You can tell the good ones when they pull up their chair to sit facing you, listen to every word you say, aren’t typing away on some computer, remember everything important, then address the underlying issues not just symptoms. I will NEVER change my PCP to another and I will ALWAYS be grateful that I have her in my life which she has protected from bad things for so long. Thank you for everything, Monika Var... read more

Last month I was having lower Abdominal pain, quite severe, t j health ran some tests and a CT scan and told me I had diverticulitis. I've had diverticulitis before, and where my excruciating pain was was not from diverticulitis. I tried to make an appointment with a urologist knowing that the pain was no from Diver ticulitis because of the location of the pain. Love dealing with beth she is awesome i do not like dealing with the nurse Margaret.
