Amazing experience! Seriously. 25/10. So professional and kind, and so clearly cares about his patients. Dr. Fillmer was personable, funny, and able to explain everything in the best way for me, as well as spoke candidly with my partner…which, I don’t know about everyone, but for me it’s pretty important how a provider treats our significant other. Staff was personable and friendly. Great first appointment! Easy to talk with and comfortable.
I saw my doctor at the end of last month and was supposed to get refills on a prescription once I took it for a month prior. Well once the month passed and I saw the doctor, he failed to do what he said. Now I’m out of the medication and he won’t refill it until I make another appointment and go in. VERY UNHAPPY PATIENT. Not the first time.
