Very unprofessional when talking to their tenants, when they actually do show up, answer their phones or emails theyd rather argue and not explain in detail of what ever problems occured. TROY rather have his wife be the bad guy than show face. I advise people to really really read contracts or not even rent from them, theyll rip you off in the end
