I have even been to this business yet, but just going back and forth with Tyler via email has already set the tone for how professional and responsive this business is. I had multiple questions about getting a new serger, and not only did Tyler answer everything promptly, he even was hesitant about trading my perfectly working machine in - which shows he isn't just money hungry.
