The most important thing a customer has with its auto repair shop is trust. What follows is loyalty. I appreciate TJ and Shayna and the team. Did a great job on my Lexus suspension. I especially like the photo report they send when completed.

This has to be THE BEST auto repair company I’ve ever been to. Not only were they very reasonable priced but the job was done to perfection. Everyone who I encountered there was friendly and welcoming, but more importantly the promptness at which they worked was superb. Thankyou TJ Crossman’s for becoming my go to place for anything car related.
My nephew told me several of his friends have been here for various repairs. My 2018 Nissan Kicks had a variety of warning lights appear. After a full week, 2 separate visits, at Mossy Nissan and paying a lot of $$ for ??? not sure what, the lights were still on. I took it to TJ Crossman's, they had it for one day. The tech, Collin, performed a code scan, drove it, cleared the codes anyway, & it's been fine. They did not charge me because nothing needed diagnosis or fixing!
