We bought a used car from a friend who had taken the car to two mechanics that could not properly diagnose or fix the check engine light. We decided to take the chance, and purchased the car with the check engine light still on. We took it in to TJ Crossman’s and they were able to diagnose and fix it the first time! What a relief! They got us in immediately and were quick to diagnose and repair it. Thanks for a great experience all around!

I took my 2015 Kia Optima in because it has been making a tapping noise intermittently and I was not sure what was causing it. My car refused to cooperate and make the noise when the mechanic drove it. Shayna suggested I bring the car back on a day when I could leave it overnight so they could do a cold start. So that's the plan for now. Shayna is super sweet and very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend TJ Crossman Auto repair.
Took my car in for some emergent repairs and some routine maintenance. They got it started same day with a reasonable estimate. Due to how long it would take they provided a free loaner vehicle. Their customer service was top notch.
