My check engine light came on and my car was sputtering and I couldn’t get into my normal mechanics shop today so I was super nervous to try somewhere new but I tried TJ Crossmans and they were absolutely amazing and did a great job. Thank you TJ for listening to me and helping me out!

Their mail flyer got me in their shop! I was impressed immediately… the gal who helped me was so knowledgeable and efficient! I returned for my repair and was again “wow’ed”. We have used T.J. Crossman for many years on our Cougar and Explorer. They have always been courteous and helpful with all of the problems we have had with both of our cars. Because of them we have managed to keep our 20-year-old cars running in good condition since we cannot afford a large car payment at this time. I have to edit my previous review after picking up my car AGAIN. 3 weeks of playing musical cars with enterprise. I will try to make this short and as nice as possible. I am a big fan of small businesses, especially family owned and in California...as I know how tough it is to be a small business in CA. Bottom line is, I think communication breaks down when they are overwhelmed and understaffed. I do not appreciate the "Boys" telling me I have to talk to Shayna for simple questions.
