TJs is awesome. I was given lots of time to make the decisions about my car. They gave me lots of info and didn’t rush me into any choices. And they are also great at reaching out after to same sure I’m satisfied with the work. Will definitely use them again.
Shayna is transparent and a great communicator about the repairs of my vehicle, she knows how to help me understand what is being fixed on my vehicle with visual pictures and diagrams as well as being honest of the cost of the repair. Super patient and helpful shop, I’ve brought my two vehicles there and they repair them under three days time. Impressive lasting work.
Super happy with the experience at TJ Crossman's! Shayna is soooo informative and easy to talk to, really made the difference. I had not taken great care of my car so it needed a LOT and they didn't make me feel embarrassed at all, not all shops are made equal in that. My whole fam takes their cars and trucks here, BMWs all the things. Work was done quickly and has a great warranty. Can't recommend enough!
I had a persistent "check engine" light that was diagnosed by two shops as being related to the catalytic converter or oxygen sensors. I'd checked reviews before hand and found TJ who also identified the problem as catalytic converter. Shayna (front desk) provided two options to replace the cat - one of which came with an extended warranty which I approved. We bought a used car from a friend who had taken the car to two mechanics that could not properly diagnose or fix the check engine light. We decided to take the chance, and purchased the car with the check engine light still on. We took it in to TJ Crossman’s and they were able to diagnose and fix it the first time! What a relief! They got us in immediately and were quick to diagnose and repair it. Thanks for a great experience all around!
