The most important thing a customer has with its auto repair shop is trust. What follows is loyalty. I appreciate TJ and Shayna and the team. Did a great job on my Lexus suspension. I especially like the photo report they send when completed.
I’ve brought my car to TJ Crossman’s twice, and both times I have been met with the kindest, most communicative, and honest people. They go above and beyond to be so helpful. I feel so comfortable leaving my car with them, and I never feel left in the dark when it comes to updates. I would recommend TJ Crossman’s to everyone. Your car is in good hands!!!

Got a totally Of 4 transmissions from this place but the 1st two were faulty. Since Both of the items were faulty and within labor it would’ve been at no cost to me.Therefore Due to the company not wanting paying for anything or cover at least a new transmission i was told that i had to PAY for a 2nd time for a new transmission's,including labor c... read more
