Don't trust anything they say. We literally had a signed purchase agreement. We wanted to take the car home that night but they suggested leaving it there so the work could be fixed by their mechanic. Two days later I call to check on the work and was told they sold the car to someone else who offered more money. Bought a beautiful 2015 Toyota Sienna 3 years ago. Everything looked great except for some scratches that weren't too noticeable. I bought my car, a 2019 Crosstrek, from them in October last year, a couple of weeks ago my car quit. I took it to my local Subaru and upon tearing apart my engine they found an overuse of silicone from whoever rebuilt my car which completely blocked all of the lubrication to my engine and caused MAJOR MAJOR damage, there is metal everywhere. First Time Rebuilt Title Buyer-Great Experience Its been almost a year with the truck, and its been great! To backup, i do owe these guys a good review. DO NOT TRUST THEM......LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.....While en route to TJ Chapman Auto I called and spoke with Silvia about the car we were coming to look at, she assured us the it was on the lot. I said great we are an hour away. then she transferred me to talk to Jake, I asked if the car was on the lot and he assured me it was. we arrived an hour later and were greeted by Jake. Very nice work on my Mazda 6 front bumper cover. it was cracked, bent and looking pretty sorry. I could not afford a replacement. A good friend recommended TJ. It looks like new and the price was reasonable. I am happy to recommend.

I had as good experience as I’ve ever had buying a car. I feel like I bought an Audi Q5 at a very fair price. I feel like they offered me more than I expected on my trade in. TJ, Carly are the type of people you want to do business with. Met Jake and he’s the same. The location might take me a few more minutes to get to. But it’s well worth it. I will certainly deal with these people again.
