Called them before noon on a Saturday to do a windshield replacement on a older truck(simple and easy install) later that evening finally get a call back, the warehouse didn't set the windshield out for pick up. Ok so.we.wait till Monday after the truck returns from work. No show Monday or Tuesday (handful of excuses) Wednesday starting to get restless and thinking of just taking a day off to take it to another local place. 7pm call comes.that they are picking up the windshield and will be on the way. 8pm?
