Booked a pedicure (the not so basic pedicure) and my technician was meticulous he was really talented! I loved the selection of polish (OPI, Essie, Chanel and Dior) and the space was cute, clean quiet and I had it all to myself. Look forward to coming back to Tivvy!

Tivvy nails always provides excellent service, and Caitlin and her team are kind and welcoming. I’ve been coming to Tivvy for two years now, and I’m so happy I found this salon. Definitely recommend if you want a beautiful, high/-quality manicure or pedicure.

The reviews of terrible service were right and the nastiness was coming from the owner. I made an appointment here at 5:45. I arrived at 5:43 I was told to pick a color. I check in again at 5:53 she told me it’s not long past the appointment time. I’m told to sit in one of the pedicure chairs and I’m sitting there until 6. I go up to reminder her my appointment was at 5:45 and I have to be somewhere at 7. It was not in a rude tone it was a reminder of the time. I moved to Chicago in August and found Tivvy through Yelp — Caitlyn does an incredible job every single time. Her craftsmanship and attention to detail is clear, I truly trust her to execute every single vision I have when it comes to getting my nails done. I always get a dip manicure and regular pedicure — making the appointment ahead of time is so easy and Caitlyn is super accommodating as well. Highly recommend.
