Tivvy is THE BEST manicure in the city. I’ve been coming here for 3+ years and won’t go anywhere else. The entire staff is so kind, punctual and pay exceptional attention to detail. I once broke a nail after my manicure and they squeezed me in between appointments to fix it at no charge. Love coming here!
The place is cute, the staff are lovely but unfortunately they damaged my nails. I have a “ring of fire” from a bush application and my nails are still growing out. I’ve gone multiple times and I haven’t ever really left satisfied. Damaged nails aside the Bain application was uneven and very sloppy. Overall not 100 dollars worth
It’s nice looking place and very convenient location. This was my first time getting nails done and I felt very rushed and like I was an inconvenience for them. The nails themselves were pretty good, though they started chipping immediately. They were nice enough to do a repair for free. The environment and tone of the boutique is very different from what’s described on the website. Good place to go if you know what you want and speed is the most important factor. Reasonably priced.

I called to book an appointment for acrylic nails and a gel pedicure and when I got there they told me the person who does acrylic was not there and encouraged me to get Gel X (which is more expensive). They even called me prior to my appointment to offer me a different time and never mentioned they couldn't do acrylic. If I had known I would not have gone. My appointment was feb 22 and on Feb 28 (not even one week later!) one of the gel X nails popped off! As you can see she did not do a good job of applying near my cuticle... read more
