The dog owners are not nasty and diffently not don't care about picking up there dog poop at all they need to put uomaome cameras since they allow people to have animals. The new application they have in order to get maintenance service is a horrible for elderly and they require help no one ever answer the phone in the management off. Tri City was good management and the staff was friendly didn’t have too many issues with them…Opus management on the other hand poor especially Amaris (office lady) very dismissive and doesn’t care. T on the other hand seems like she wants to be there but doesn’t follow up on things…driving on the grass a huge issue so if you have kids steer clear management has yet to put up barriers or something to stop it…playground across the street is nice but don’t forget that the playground is CITY property not Tivoli Park Apartment p... read more
I have lived in Tivoli Park for 26 years and my experience, overall, has been very good. The maintenance staff was top notch and they kept the place looking beautiful. The Office staff has been very responsive to ALL my requests, even when we had a small mouse issue. The problem was addressed and quickly resolved. I had an issue with people blocking my garage and when I brought this to the attention of the Office staff, they moved me to a garage closer to my apartment.
