I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with the property manager at this location. During a phone call to support a client experiencing chronic homelessness, both my supervisor , client, and I were treated with blatant disrespect. The property manager was rude and dismissive, refusing to allow me to clarify what my client was trying to communicate. The landord, Angela, is dago scum. JFA MANAGEMENT is well known to put money before people. They only serve themselves but have no real power. Read the tenant reviews many or very negative because they speak the truth but even better walk onto one of their properties and ask the tenants first hand if you want more proof.
