I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with the property manager at this location. During a phone call to support a client experiencing chronic homelessness, both my supervisor , client, and I were treated with blatant disrespect. The property manager was rude and dismissive, refusing to allow me to clarify what my client was trying to communicate.
