To whom it may concern. I sincerely recommend choosing another apartment complex to live at. My roommates and I have been living here for 4 years and we haven’t received any respect the entire time. Our oven was broken for months; even after being written off as maintenance fixing the issue or simply just not believing us when we said it would burn the outsides of our dishes while leaving the insides completely uncooked. Extremely unprofessional and useless office staff, they are never there and when the are they have the worst attitude and are very unhelpful. Please take your money elsewhere. :)
I was a Tivoli resident for about four years attending UCF and recently moved out this past July. Overall, it was not a bad apartment to live in. Very convenient and close to everything: gas stations i.e. Wawa + RaceTrack + MurphyUSA, Walmart, Publix, food spots, you name it. Right across the street from UCF and a shuttle runs throughout the week every...10-15 minutes or so, depending on the delays and how busy it is.
