Overall good. I’ve lived here for about a year now, but last night my car got broken into in the parking lot. Zero Camera is here in order to provide any evidence.
The trash compactor has been busted for over a month now. I feel bad for the maintenance guys who have to deal with the piles of trash. Roaches! You will have them. Notice all the reviews that came in 2-3 weeks ago? They sent out an email to residents for a chance to get 100 bucks if you leave a review. They allow residents to sleep multiple people per bedroom. This place is a peaceful community and a great place to live near UCF. The only downside is that there isn’t much security surveillance.
1 mile away from UCF with shuttle access, and very close to Publix and Walmart! Would highly recommend these flats to fellow UCF students!
The location to UCF is great. The maintenance staff is very nice and responds very quickly to requests. It is decently priced compared to nearby apartments. However the appliances and building is old and could use a vamp up.
