The personal that works in the office are not professional at all beside the Jeanetta the property manager. The maintenance guys are great but who ever answers the phone must hate her job. It’s not that bad of a place to stay minus issues here and there. It just unfortunate they don’t screen phone calls to hear how the employees speak to the tenants.
I move in tomorrow, so I’ll update if necessary. However, so far my experience with Tivoli has been amazing. Kendra has gone above and beyond in helping me through the entire leasing process while being kind, friendly and patient. I’ve even met Jeanetta and the maintenance staff on one of my visits and they were the most amazing people! Highly recommend so far!
Tivoli is an amazing place they are very understanding when it comes to maintenance issues they are very understanding snd reach out to everyone know what’s going on and how they are working to fix the problem!! The water at Tivoli have been out for about a week and half and ms jeanetta and ms Kendra have taken they time away from they’re own homes to stay late and offer people to take showers while they are working to give our water back on!!
