Hi. I got one of the NEw Premier Tivo boxes on July 15th and it died on september 25th just over 2 months old, there policy is to replace anything more than 30 days old with a refurbished unit, well they did that and it arrived here on October 13th and it had to be sent back on the 15th as it was found to be still faulty the unit they sent had a faulty tuner in it. after a long call with customer support on the 15th Oct I was told a New unit Not refurbished would be sent out, well today there email says they have just sent o... read more
