DO NOT SHOP HERE. CALL SANFORD AND SONS OR GENERAL AUTO PARTS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LUNITICS... Called for alternator. Was told they have it on the shelf. I arrived and it wasnt on the shelf. After 45 min wait im told its gone, not in the vehicle. This is the 5th time i had a car on my rack, taken apart and they cant find the parts. The folks here are good people and fair businessmen. They run a large operation and have a huge yard, they provide a multitude of services and substantial volume of materials. I’ve done business with them many times and appreciate the presence that their business brings to the area.
Whatever woman handles phone calls is lazy i ask for a part and the lady didn't even bother checking she just we don't have it hire some people that actually want to work and isn't so miserable
