I recently just started going here to train with Leo.Overall I think it’s a cool atmosphere and good vibes. Everyone is polite and friendly..good place to workout!
I absolutely love the dynamic and atmosphere at this gym. It’s bright and vibrant. Everyone says hello and is so welcoming. People think it’s just a body building gym but it’s NOT . This gym is for everyone with all abilities.

Great gym with great people! The trainers are very knowledgeable and will help you build the physique you want. They have an in-house massage therapist that can help you with all your recovery needs
I’ve always felt so intimidated about going the gym by myself, until I joined TIV and had the amazing opportunity to work with my coach Brittany!!! Every member of this gym is so incredibly encouraging, kind & motivational. The atmosphere you get to experience at this gym is truly something else.
