Jason does a great job scheduling and updating me with the progress of my repairs.
Bought a used F150 from them, doing the transaction online. It took them over 2 weeks just to get me the documents, and when the truck arrived it was not in the condition they promised and missing a key. After several months of runaround I still haven't gotten solid answers on the replacement of my steering wheel and had to pay $175 at a local dealership to get a second key programmed. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because it's partially my fault for trusting a car dealership to be honest and transparent.
They charge you by what ford alots, not the actual time it takes. A pa state inspection and a transmission filter and oil replenish cost me $615. Absolutely ridiculous. I was only at dealership for 2 1/2 hrs, and parts and oil only totaled $180.
Very friendly did there best too take it of my vehicle good people doing the best they can
