This has got to be the worst service/dealership in the state. Do yourself a favor.. stay away. I would never have purchased a vehicle here except the fleet manager I always deal with was purchased by Titus Will.. so now If I want to buy from him.. I have to but from them. But never again. I had a recall notice on a new vehicle.. so I scheduled the service date 8 weeks in advanced. They said they could take care of the recall fix in one day. It is now Day 4 and no communication. I have a F250 with an unusual sound in motion only. They found the problem quickly using a stethoscope and got it fixed quicker than I expected. Good service communication and good repair work. No unnecessary up sale suggestions. Thanks guys!
