Ashley Brenner is an absolute five star employee she deserves a raise an thee best experience I have ever had buying a car EVER!!! We were traveling through Tacoma and it was time for our maintenance oil change on our Diesel truck. We too it to Titus will and they did not fill any of our fluids to include Def, coolant, and transmission!! And we have the maintenance pkg. ! Lucky for us my husband checked. When he called them to talk to management he was of course not available to the phone and would call us back !! We have yet to hear from them! And it’s been 2 weeks since we called!! Advice to you all go to Puyallup for service!
Well, I purchased a new escape and traded in my old one. On the day of purchase, there was a series of snafus that occurred, which had me going out of my way at least two times trying to finish the sale. After the purchase, I realized that the escape didn't have a hitch. I'm disabled and use mobility equipment, so it was very important for me to get a car with a hitch, and I should've looked for that, but I was in a hurry because I had to get to work. I stopped in today to discuss the entire situation with the sales manager.... read more
