Picked up car after repairs, paid for service,, still not fixed. It’s not very convenient for me to take it back again and then be without a car again. I was unable to speak to my advisor as she is never available when I phone. At this point I am not very happy with the situation.
I called them to see how much it would cost just to replace the vct solenoids on my f150 5.4 v8 which are just starting to go bad and they wouldn't just do that or give me a quote they wanted to rip the entire front of my motor apart and do all the timing and cam phasers which it's not a problem yet and charge me $4500 to do what I asked for which should cost $260 for parts and about 5 to 6 hours of labor! As a longtime Ford shareholder and customer in Washington State, I’m deeply disappointed with Ford’s handling of Recall 23S33 for my 2019 Ford Fusion Energi. Purchased in 2021 for its electric commute capabilities, the vehicle has been unable to charge for over two years due to this recall, costing me thousands in unexpected fuel expenses. I had my 2006 F350 Amarillo truck painted at Titus-Will Collision Center in March 2025. I have done business with Titus Will Collision for almost 20 years, and they have always treated me well and have done excellent work. My service writer, Tim Mckinney was excellent. This truck has been my baby since I ordered it in the fall of 2005, and Tim understood my concerns about getting a quality finished product.
