Excellent staff clean environment class A all round
I took my car in to service the transmission due to some concerns I had. A 2.5 hour service unfortunately lasted over 6 hours. I was informed that my vehicles maintenance history and the transmission fluid would be inspected prior to the maintenance to determine if it would be safe to do. The dealership then went through with the service and I was informed by the service associate Brian that my car was taken on 2 test drives and was slipping but the condition hadn’t worsened from before. i took my car in for a recall fix. Although their website was little confusing when I scheduled for a appointment on that matter, the service guy was very helpful straightening it out at the counter and got my truck looked at that day. He suggested, (for future reference) its best to CALL to schedule for Recalls.
