I had a very average experience at this dealership. I walked in and immediately noticed the check in counter for services was not dirty, but definitely not clean. I inquired about getting something checked and they told me I would have to make another appointment to come back. I understand if that’s just how it works but another trip back there for a diagnosis of something that is wrong with a brand new truck is inconvenient. I would not recommend this shop if you have an EV. We brought our car here after another shop identified a coolant leak and recommended a pressure test to pinpoint the source. We were told it was the engine radiator and that the repair would take a couple of days. Instead, it took almost two weeks due to delays, including being told their only EV technician was sick and that parts had broken during the repair.
