Very friendly, great customer service team. Quick story.As I was driving to get my oil changed my pickup started missing about a block away. I got the check engine and another light on the dash. After my service was done I went to OReilly it ended up being a bad spark plug. Changed them all and it runs perfectly now.
Darryl is a fantastic salesman. He really wanted to meet our vehicle needs and provide us with a couple of vehicle options. He was professional and respectful. There was no hard sale. We could not be happier with the purchase of a new GMC Elevation truck.
Have a recall on my vehicle, called in to schedule appointment. While on the phone I asked if curtesy vehicle was available, lady said sorry the appointment will take all day but we do not give curtesy vehicles for an all day service. So I asked, so I’m suppose to wait around all day, she responded we have Lift. I asked will Lift take me home to ———, she responded with a no not that far.
